Mustang stereo upgrades
 

I was thinking of changing out my stock radio for a newer stock radio from another mustang.

Currently I have one for a 95 mustang with a tape deck. I was thinking about maybe installing the Mach 460.

Is the stereo any good or is there something better? Would there be any issues installing a radio like that?

I don't really like the aftermarket stereo looks with all the flashing lights and designs. The only aftermarket stereo I would consider would be an LCD screen.

Go to a nice Eclipse head unit and perhaps a nice 5 channel amp.

Most aftermaket decks will be better than the mach 460. Try and find one you like and go with it.

get the lcd - jvc makes a nice one

Ive got a 7inch panasonic touch screen and i just love the look and sound of it and got it fairly cheap too.

not sure if you have the same dash as me but I have a separate doubledin setup that works perfect with the factory mach 460 setup.
