Need help for front skinny tire size

Another Mach owner needs assistance , here is his post.

I just ordered some 15x8 & 15x4 centerline telstar terminator wheels for my mach. I will be running 275/50/15 mickey thompson drag radials on the rear but what size tires should i get for the front. It has to be a street tire that i can drive to the track on. What sizes are you using up front

I thought that their were a few of you that had these and were running them on the street? Hopefully one of you will see this and answer. Thanks

The most common is the run of the mill VW Beetle replacement tire. A 165R15. Just about 25" or so tall, and a radial.

BF Goodrich also has a 155 80 15 Radial TA tire. It looks pretty cool and I believe it has an S speed rating.

Back when I had radial skinnies I had used Michelin 165TR15, T speed rated.

Will those 15" Telstars fit over the 13" front brakes on a Mach I ?? Might need big spacers to clear ...

cheers
