i've seen lots of headers for sale and those have to be the worst looking ones yet, they look like there 50 yrs old. i'd keep shoping

They look like the cheap ones i had on my 4x4 after a few years i had nothing but problems one of the tubes actaully blew right off i had to scab weld i back on till i could get new ones. Keep looking!thumb:

looks like they were painted, then used, then left to rust. as long as there are no holes they should still work though, but i'd look for something else

and paint them with high heat paint.

Personally, I would leave them right where they sit. Not only do they look "well Used" but they don't have the Full Flange at the head. These will keep backing off on you causing exhaust leaks. It won't matter if you buy the best gaskets and header bolts, you will have problems.

I'm not sold on the HighHeat Paint either. My shorties were painted and looked beautiful for about 50 miles. The headers were bead blasted and painted with High Heat paint with Ceramic.

I now have FRPP Ceramic shorties to bolt on and then sell my other FRPP shorties.
