Not to shabby
 

I personally have never purchased a Mustang (V8) for gas mileage, but much to my suprise the new 09 gt500 is not all that bad. After meeting NickGt and the lovely Shannon for A&W din din I set the trip computer to zeros. Upon my arrival home the mileage readout was 11.4 litres--100kms. Not bad for a 500hp gas guzzler:tup The trip was up Macleod Tr into the downtown core.

I was surprised too. We went on a road trip to Radium BC last summer, reset the trip and by the time we had gotten there it was down to 9.1L/100km.

That's pretty darn good!

I think the window sticker was 15L per 100km. Mind you I drove like there was an egg under the gas pedal. :laughhard Mind you it can be done. Ironically an hour after I went up Macleod Tr someone was shot ekk:banghead:

That's damn decent. My best was 25mpg doing 110km for an hour and a half.
