Pre wired '94 and '95 Stangs

I am adding fog lights to my sn95. The '94 and '95 cars were prewired for fog lights. On the SN95 forum Snakebit had an article with pictures on how to use the pre wiring to add fogs. I removed the consol cover, found the pre wired plug, popped the coin holder out and plugged the wire into a switch and installed the switch on the consol. Next I went to the open relay recepticle and added a F0AB14B192 AA relay. I installed the fog lights with new bulbs. I have no working fog lights ! Here's what I know, with low beams on the fog light switch in the on position lights up,the low beams are on so I know the fuse is good.
In my research I found a completely different number for the relay F0AZ14NO89A. ...is there a difference in relays? I can't hear the relay "click" when I plug it in under the hood
Any ideas you have on what could be wrong would be appreciated

Fog lights complete

After following the instructions from OldFox on the sn95 board, I now have working fog lights. I had checked with my probe and I had two sources of power in the fuse box,one source from the switch to power the relay and another power source to power the lights. Using my mechanics stethescope I could clearly hear the relay click on when my wife turned the switch on. I put the car up on a ramp and got under with my probe, it lit up after poking a couple of times so I knew I had power to the lights. I used my dremel tool and the finest file bit I could find. I got the file bit into the plug as deep as possible and did each side of the prong and the tips of the prong. Plugged it in and the left side fog came on. I did the same with the right side. I now have working fog lights. I guess 22 years hanging under the front of the car allowed them to get dirty, corroded and oxidized. All is well. My next project is to run a wire from the convertible top source and use it to power the fog switch, eliminate the power from the headlights and have fogs without the headlights on. That will be another adventure:D
