Like you they vary from high 600 amd up. A decent place runs mid 700's. My brother in law (who I work with) has roughly 500 properties in his portfolio with 90%+ being apt style units,5% townhomes and 5% being stand alone homes. Lets just say that keeps the 2 of use busy while his wife handles all matters involving rentals/tenants etc.
