Roush CAI

I installed (Ford dealer) a Roush CAI and now I find the car is running a bit hotter than usual...should I install a cooler thermostat?

You installed a COLD air intake and the car is running HOTTER? That's not right.

Look for another cause - I wouldn't say the two were related - seems a little odd. How much hotter is it running?

It's running at approx 1/2 on the guage...compare to a little over a quarter before the CAI was installed. Maybe the dealer didn't do proper set up for calibration?

I know some CAI 's recommend a tune be done post install. Does the Roush CAI recommend a tune? Also, did your MAF Meter require relocation for this CAI? I've heard of people having problems when their MAF's are relocated incorrectly. Just a few things to check.
