Shaker Hood Scoop Kit
 

Advantages? Disadvantages? Does this replace an air intake? Does it connect to your stock intake or where? Anyone with some info on this let me know please!

i belive that you have to buy the hole kit hood and a new air intake. however i think i read on one of the v6 sites that it won't work on a v6

I just finished reading the instructions and it seems to mount to the stock air box. It says no other modifications are needed and it comes with the hood applique to fill the indent on the stock hood and give the raise that the Mach has. Hmm...Can anyone else clarify? I assme if it mounts to the stock air box then there would be no use for a cold air intake? Pic below.
