Sick mustang/carshow idea
Got back from Nfld the other day. Got all married up and stuff. While there, I went to a car show with my buddy. He is a VW fan (don't know why yet.) One of his friends pulled up in a 1990 style 5.0 with a 460 bored chev engine dropped in. First time I've seen this ever done. Anyhow, just before the car show, he was racing in Argentia. He didn't know it but he had a plug wire off and pulled 9.6 seconds. Wow. I am going to get my friend to email a pic and I will post it up if I can. I was going to get him to join cmoc but I wasn't sure if he was a ford or chev fan.
Anyhow, the car shows in St. John's are pretty neat. I would like to see something similar here. Every Thursday night between 7pm and 12am, people show up at A & W just to show off thier cars. There are literally hundreds of cars here. Everything from 57 chevy's to 2007 Mustangs. There are even loads of Harleys. No awards offered or fund raisers or anything, just strictly show. The neat thing is that A & W promotes this because of the whole classic theme. I wonder if A&W here will support something like that when it is built? This place needs something like this.

There are literally hundreds of cars here. Everything from 57 chevy's to 2007 Mustangs. There are even loads of Harleys. No awards offered or fund raisers or anything, just strictly show. The neat thing is that A & W promotes this because of the whole classic theme. I wonder if A&W here will support something like that when it is built? This place needs something like this.
^^^ haha, i was going to say the same thing, i have seen quite a few A&W's in the last couple years that have these, not as many cars mind you
and for the woodstock one, it seems to be declining in #'s already, although the couple times that i have been past in the last little bit on wednesdays there were quite a few nice cars and bikes in the parking lot's
