Yeah, extremely frustrating. I have to try and find this operations manager, and see if he will help me out by checking the videotapes(if I can get a hold of him and them). Can't say my father was pleased to hear about it either, not the kind of info you want on your holiday. It was his baby before mine.

An insurance lady came to have a look at the car today. Not too pleased. She ignored that the hatch wasn't closing very nicely. Also, I guess the 200+ stripe kit is on my shoulders. Some portions of the gold stripe kit are slightly different shades of gold (some more 'metallic' and others 'greeny' gold') there is nothing they can do about the portion that has been ripped off in the accident. I told her, it was probably just a function of small portions being replaced in the early years of the car. Thus some portions were subject to more washes, sun bleaching, and time. Apparently that makes no sense whatsoever and I am wrong. I obviously tried to create my own stripe kit in the past *rolls eyes*. At least the bumper gouges can be repaired, too bad I have to pay for half of it, as the opposite end of the bumper has scratches.

I guess I'm not surprised.

Fixable as soon as I find a taillight. Just more expensive. Still waiting on the operations manager to give me the license plate of the car that hit me
