Squeek!

whenever I press the cluch down or release it. It makes a sort of squeeking noise, throwout bearing? Anyway how can I fix it?

it could be your cable.

Is it only when you press and release the clutch?
or after you release it?

Sounds like the steel sleeve which is crimped to the cable is loose at the mount bracket. Look for the mount to the frame, it's under the master cylinder on the framerail, there will be a sleeve that holds the cable to the bracket, it's probably loose and now making noise, have someone depress the clutch while you watch. If not, it could be the cable or another problem.
