Hello I have a 2020 Mustang GT and am trying to update my sync system. It says I have an update available and have done the following but can’t get it to work:

1. Tried to update over wifi (says installing and downloading update but is frozen half way)
2. Downloaded the update on USB, it says Ford Connect then downloading update quickly and goes away. No status of the update and when I go to automatic updates it’s frozen half way still. I have done this with the zipped files, tried unzipping them etc.
3. Called Ford support and they have no idea how to do it and just read back what the website says.

Every time I’ve tried this I’ve let the car run for almost an hour to no avail. Anyone that can help or has experienced this with advice would be greatly appreciated.
