Restoring Mustang to stock ride height

I would like to know what I would need to restore my 2002 Mustang to stock height. It currently has eibach lowering springs and tokico struts and shocks. The reason for having to take out the lowering kit out is that I am experiencing rubbing on my rear 18"x9" tires. Unless there are any other suggestions to my problem?

Are you sure the tires are rubbing? My GT has the Eibach "sportlines" which really slams the ride height low, and I have expirienced no tire rub with 17X10.5 rims with 315 tires out back, same goes with my current set up of 18X10 with 285 tire out back.
Do you see any marks on the tire or anywhere in the wheel openning, or on the rear quarters?

Yes I have noticed pretty severe scraps on the outside wall of my rear 18x10 tires and tire residue on both my rear fenders. This only usually happens when I have a person in the back seat...
