Tires from the US

Hey guys, I needed 2 315/35/17 tires for my rear and I had a hard time finding anything reasonably priced here in Canada (as usual).

I ended up making contact with the Tire Rack in Indiana. They ship to Canada and when they quote you it is all inclusive (incl. tax, duty, shipping).

I got a pretty good deal on the tires.

I emailed them, they gave me a quote and they called me to get my c/c info to save me the long distance bill when I was ready to order. Not bad service!

If anyone else is in the same need for tires here is the guys email address.

Yes, all the fees were upfront so when it shows up all I do is sign for it.
After I paid he sent me a confirmation by email and all the fees (duty, etc) were listed on the invoice.

Got the tires this morning. Would have received them probably Wednesday but a storm on Monday screwed that.

Can't wait until spring...............

Yeah, for $98.00 each you're bloody right I bought Sumi's...lol. For the price I couldn't turn it down.

I had a set of them before and never had any problems with them whatsoever so I didn't mind.
I know they are not Goodyear Eagle F-1's ($439.00 us each) but my car is a garage queen and only comes out on nice sunny days so they are perfect for me.

Have a good one!
