What does this do, basically just a re-tune?

I have to say that it's great news for GT owners but I really hate when Ford does this. Bit of a slap in the face to Boss owners. I remember when the 01 Bullitt came out and one of the big selling features of that car was the cool retro wheels. Then they made it an option on all of the GT's.
