Hey people. Has anybody bought tires off of EBAY.
If so , what are the extra costs at the border. I have heard you need some kind of broker + gst and pst ? :tup

tax calculate from the declaration value , and custom fee ( you may call custom to have exact fee) UPS has there own custom but charge extra fee to clear , many time i had to pay extra when i receive my stuff

on ebay , the_wheel_factory offer very cheap wheel and 130$ for shipping in canada

everytime u send a item across the boarder they always charge u a brokerage fee its bullshit!


i had a car buffer shipped and they charged me more on brokerage than i paid for the buffer and shipping from ohio.

someone once told me that greyhound does shipping u should look into that might be cheaper tha UPS or whatever...

i bought my cobra wheels of ebay back in april of last year. The cost me a total of $700 with shipping and all those extra costs. The funny thing was i bought polished and upon opening the boxes i discovered they were chrome. It gets better. Shipping only cost me $80. It turns out at the border they thought the whole package was worth $150. what they failed to realize was that was per wheel. I got lucky that day. What a steal
