Finally!

Rob from Winnipeg. I've recently acquired my sixth Mustang in the past twenty years. But my first in the past ten years. Life didn't allow for one for a while but the intent was to eventually get one that I would keep indefinitely. When the 2011's came out with the coyote 5.0, I knew what I wanted. A grabber blue coyote with a 6 speed manual. I had actually started to look at some Boss 302's when I came across a 2013 grabber blue gt in Vancouver. A few emails later with the dealership and I decided to bite. I've never bought a car off the internet before, but I wasn't too worried. It came from a reputable Ford dealer and the car was originally purchased and serviced there, plus I was able to view the car report and pretty clean pics. There was that small worry that once it arrived, I'd find something. The car arrived last week and it is mint (thankfully). It's a 2013 gt in grabber blue with a six speed, recaros and factory 3.55 gears. Completely stock (not for long) with 27,000 Kms. Can't wait to start modding

Grabber Blue is a great color. You will love the power and there is plenty you can do to increase that power. As for appearance, go for a tire and rim package that is staggered like the Boss or GT500. Also pretty simple to put the twin tip axle backs like you see on the GT500. The Boss is a great car, but the GT 5.0 is not that far off for less money. Enjoy, it's a fun car.

Thanks guys! I will post some pics shortly. As far as mods go, I've already ordered some parts. Suspension and exhaust gets addressed first. Ford racing short throw shifter, Steeda sport springs, upper and lower control arms, off road X pipe with some flow-mastersand a tuner. Since it's a 2013, it has the v6 grille (something about Canadian fog light stipulations) so I'm going with the boss 302 grille with the fog light deletes since I have the fog lights in the lower bumper. Those are my planned mods for before the car hits the road in April. Near future mods are 20" niche seven spoked wheel in gunmetal grey. 10.5s in the back with 295s and 9" fronts with 265s. Going to install a cobra jet intake manifold with a Ford racing Shelby oval throttle body and a set of stage three comp cams and some full length headers. I want to see what I can get out of the car NA before I decide to add any power adders. Is it spring yet???

Awesome man! I got my 2014 last spring, and like you started modding immediately. Here is a few things have done off the top of my head within the last year since owning.

-Boss Intake Manifold
-BBK 85mm throttle body
-JLT Intake
-JLT oil sperator
-MMD hood struts
-MMD Fog light deletes
-Ford K cup lowering springs
-BMR adjustable panhard
-Bama Custom Tune - On 87 octane
-JL Audio Sub/Amp - Factory head unit
-Spray tinted front bumper turn signals
-Boss rear bumper diffusor
-MMD Plastic Rear Decklid Panel
-Plastidipped rear emblem
-Flat black 5.0 side emblems
-20x8.5 and 20x10 rims/tires
-Full tint all around
-Valentine One radar detector, mounted & power clipped into rearview mirror
-Black shift **** (like white gt500)
-Roush Rear axle-black exhaust

Few more things that I can't think of, but man has it been fun. And one of the most easy vehicles to work with.

Enjoy the modding and keep us updated on your progress!
