This should something that on the front page so when people come to the website, they know where to go first. (here) Should be the same type of thing; "Found a CMOC card on your car? Sign up and post in the 'found a cmoc.ca card on your car?' thread, and show us what you got, and where your car was." Something like that. I dunno.
