greetings to all !

Hello people, new to the forum. Nice to find a Canadian site.
I had an 87 GT back in the day. One of the best vehicles I have had. I drove it 365 as it was my only set of wheels. Bought it with 24000 kms and parked it at 220000 with the original clutch! Eventually sold it around 1998 or so to finance a motorcycle and have always missed it. Fast forward to present.. I am now driving an 85 GT with 88000 miles and in phenominal condition. Originally a Florida car.
I lucked out with this one and am ecstatic over my purchase.
Looking forward to looking through the posts and learning about the members and their rides.

There's probably an easier way to get pics posted, I'll figure it out hopefully.

My old 87, photo taken around 1989

My new to me 85, photo taken last week.

The distortion on the front bumper area is from masking the plate in the pic.

I know the snake and "interceptor" badge don't belong but will probably leave them. I need to get the logo for the left edge of the hatch as well. She didn't need anything for safety. I replaced the serp for good measure as I didn't know how old it was. I may replace the battery for the same reason.

Any suggestions on a good supplier for weather stripping and the sort ? Thank you.

Very nice, brings back memories for me seeing your black '85 GT.
I had one for 6 years before my '03 GT. Was my first mustang. I got it all stock, but didn't stay stock for long. Did lots to it in 6 years. LOL!

Welcome aboard. :)

Love the '85 as well, and I actually owned one too. Unfortunately my four eyed fox at that time, was not a GT. It had the 2.3 4cyl and was used as a daily commuter.
