Hello

Hi, I am new here. Just purchased a 1966 Mustang. Going to do a full restoration on it.

Welcome, keep us posted on the resto. Are you doing a stock restoration?

Car is being delivered today. I am going to take a while to decide on what to do. Its a base model, so I might modify it a bit. Probably going to change the engine and transmission, from a straight 6 to a V8. Give it more power.

I'm probably a bit new to welcome someone else, but i'll give ya a welcome from half way round the world!
There is a guy in the MOCGB doing exactly what you are thinking of doing, it's quite a popular resto in the UK and the results always lead to very happy owners

Have fun with it!!
