Hello From Selkirk Manitoba
wrong hole???1972 Mustang frame damage
Hello I'm restoring a 1972 Ford Mustang coupe and have a mesurment out almost 1"
Sway bar mesurment is slightly under 28.5" should be 28.44 GOOD
Steering box (left side ) top hole to Right side shock tower control arm hole is 33.3 give or take GOOD
Idler arm bracket mounting hole RH Side "lower hole" is 35"+ should be 33.9" but from the upper hole the mesurment is 24" see pictures
Do they meen to use the lower hole of the frame or do they meen the lower hole of the Idler arm bracket it mounts upside down (probably just wishfull thinking)
I did have some frame damage but I thought it was miner the right frame rail front was aboult 1/2" high in the front and the K member was compessed and have new one to replace it. Has enyone had this problem?
I have a drawing but somethings not right and I don't know if it's the frame or the drawing See Pictures (when I figer why they won't down load)
PS thanks for all the welcomes and yes I will add pictures starting today
thanks Mike
