Im just new to the car scene and havent had much experience. I Just bought myself a 97 cobra on the suggestion of a friend cause he said it was wicked fast.. Well needless to say he isnt a friend anymore cause my chevette was much faster and handled better. now im stuck with the slobra.. I joined this site to see if there is anyway I can make it at least as fast as my turtle. I have seen a guy from other sites by the name of white snake. I have heard he is tryin to make his slobra fast but Ijust dont have his money to make it runs 14.5. but with peoples help here maybe i can make it as fast as my grandmas station wagon .. Again thx for everything but i will bear my shame on my own..\

Well, since this is an introduction thread, I may as well pitch in... Hi everyone, I'm a fresh newbie off the press. I got a hot rod 92 4 banger Stanger. I was referred to this site after I beat Warren at the strip last year. He was ecstatic to hand me his card, all the while embarrassed that I beat him. But I guess he's used to it... LOL Makes my LaXative 4 banger look like a monster next to his Slobra...



Haha just jokes Warren. I haven't been rockin the stickers yet. Gotta wait for better weather. Keep your eyes peeled for the green meanie in Belleville as I'm workin up there these days.
