As you can see the sticker price is 45k, how much you guys think I should pay for it?

Welcome, if you do a "Build & Price" on ford.ca for the exact same car, the summary shows a $2000 delivery rebate, so thats as good a place as any to start negotiating.

Go with the six speed manual transmission, like all these cars should have, (lol) and you'll drop another $1500 off the price.

After that a, its all up to the salesman and or dealership I guess.

Yeah I've seen the ford's rebate. As far as the transmission goes, the wife will be driving it at times and she won't drive the 6 speed so has to be auto. I do have the 10 speed on my 17' lariat and I can't complain.
