I'm Ty, and I am in SW Ontario. New to the forum, but certainly not to classic cars, bikes, sleds, boats and Mustangs!
I had a 2005 Mustang back in 2015. V6, stick shift in Lime Green Metallic. I did an intake kit, gears, Accel ignition, Flowmaster exhaust and a shifter. Made it a quick pony for a V6
In Sept 2023, I took delivery of a 2024 GT Performance Package in Grabber Blue Metallic. I had pre-ordered it as soon as the dealership would take my deposit. Took a long time to get it built because Ford kept all the new 2024 Mustangs
locked down to carefully check them over due to the quality control issues they were dealing with over the previous few years.
The 2024 has been kept stock up to this point. Because we have mild winters in my area (...except for this year...) I run snow tires on 2019 GT wheels and drive her all winter. The traction control on the S650 is VERY good, and the car is shockingly good on snow and ice.
This year I have decided the it's time to add some power to the car. I have just ordered a set of K&N air filters and a Bully Dog tuner. After that, I will likely do the H or X pipe replacement for the resonator box.
Looking forward to chatting with you guys (...and gals...) and doing some reading.
