Hi. I have just joined CMOC although I have owned Mustangs for a while - my first was a 65, 3spd, 170ci 6cyl white with black interior. A beauty that I eventually had to part with as my family outgrew it and I couldn't afford to store it. However when the 2005 came out I had to go back so I bought a new one to as closely as possible match the old one - a sweet ride for sure. I also have 97 pony that I inherited from my daughter.

 

Welcome to the forum man. That's a bit of a switcheroo - usually it's the daughter that inherits the Mustang from Dad!! ha ha ha

Either way - good to be (cue the Aerosmith) back in the saddle again.

 

Thanx for the welcome. Actually I inherited 3 cats, a dog and numerous bills from my daughters - the Mustang sorta balances that off a bit.

Welcome to CMOC!!Glad to see you are back in the saddle!!!I can understand why the family out grew your old stang,mine did the same,but i've been lucky,and always had a family vehicle to daily drive,and keep the mustang as my hobby along with my oldest child,now i will be enjoying time with my twins that soon will be two,and introducing them to the car hobby world.
