hey everyone. my name is Dave i'm 23 and live in brampton.

I don't currently own a mustang, but i've wanted one since i was 10!

right now i own a mazda mx-3 and am in talks with a guy to hopefully trade his 4 banger foxbody for my mazda.

which of course that pukey little motor goes on the floor and a 5.0 goes between the rails.

I am more or less here to see what everyone else has. learn some tech tips and tricks. and maybe even trade or buy a fox off someone if it becomes available.

Hi Dave, welcome to CMOC! You'll get lots of input from the folks in this club. What year is the 4 pot fox that you're trying to trade for?

 

it is an '89 with a 4 banger 5spd.

 

Hope you can make the trade happen, but if not, cars get posted for sale all the time in the Mustangs For Sale forum.

Hey Welcome, and good luck with the trade. Those little fox body's can be pretty lethal with the right mods.
By the way, just thought I would throw it out there, but there's a Coyote 5.0 on ebay, thats not even up to 3 grand yet. That would be a pretty sweet powerplant for your fox....

 

i'll check it out. but im trying to find something that needs some help getting back up to par. but i refuse to put a floor in lol. did that a few times with my old ford escorts
