New guy in Winnipeg
 

Hey everyone, just stopping in to say hi. I've had my eyes set on a '99-04 GT for some time, just wanted to get in on the Canada 'stang scene and learn about what I'm getting into before I make the plunge.

Is Manitoba really "Flatter than sheep piss on a plate?" or are people jerkin' my chain? :LOL:

Only to the north and south of Winnipeg, 100kms to the East it's all Shield country like the Lake Of The Woods area, then it does it again about 100kms shy of the MB-SK border at the continental divide or whatever. So there's hills and scenery and stuff, but when I'm in my office 25 floors up, I can see the entire city and outlying farmland. And yeah, just outside the city, you could fire a rifle and not hit anything but dirt or trees.

i have drove through manitoba twice going to toronto from calgary...what a dull province....but the again so is sask :bleh:
