Thanx. i think a new clutch will be first. the car has 133000 kms and the peddle ingages right at the top. i ordered a new ratchet and cable to see if it makes any difference. it has an after market hood and i will going back to a stock one. i have some other extras that came with it when i bought it. ill post them later. just picked up a adjustment clutch cable and quadrant kit BBK. maybe i can get the clutch peddle down a bit if not ill put a new clutch in. any suggestions for a replacement for oem. no mods just stock for now. pics are now bigger

I think you should wait and figure what your mods will be and go from there

The mods will be bolt on mild at best. Not looking to race just play around with some bolt on stuff. So a oem clutch should be find. Any suggestions on make and model.

The Ford Racing King Cobra clutch is good. I also know that these guys http://www.valeoclutches.com/ have what I'm told is a copy of the King Cobra for cheaper also.

i thought valeo clutches is the manufacturer for king cobra.

Actually my wording was off and Axiom is correct. Valeo is the maker of the King Cobra but you can buy the same clutch direct from them minus the Ford Racing packaging and name. I had the Valeo unit in my 2000 GT and was happy with it.

looking to put some performance cams in. Any suggestion on what cams and who can i get to install.
