Hi all,
I just joined this forum and am looking forward to being a member. I don't own a Mustang YET, but hope to find one I can afford possibly in the spring.
It must be a convertible and automatic but other than that, I'm not too choosy. I'll probably look for a V6 as there is less likelihood of it being abused.

Welcome aboard.Good luck on your search for your future mustang....And don't shy away from a V8 stang. Not all were abused,it all depends on the year bracket you are looking for,or who the previous owner was. You'll find that the '99 to present mustang GT's,and Cobra's were well takin car off considering most have learned from the past, and most rather take good care of them for further enjoyment for a much longer time.

Welcome to the site dude. 1low03gt's got it covered - just because a Mustang has a V8, doesn't mean it's been beat down. I've seen lots of guys with V6's whaling the hell out of them, so it mostly depends on the owner. Be smart, look around, do your homework (drink your milk and take your vitamins lol) and you'll find that perfect convertible at the perfect price. Good luck.

Thanks for input guys. I scan autocatch every night to see what's out there. I agree whole heartedly about V8's.

Welcome and like mentioned I have owned 4 8's and only once have I spun the tires (my 90gt) so don't rule out an eight.
