Across Lakeshore to say, Brownsline, up to Burnhamthorpe, west on Burnhamthorpe to Hwy10. Or something similar.

Also, depending on the time of day, I avoid the Gardiner Expressway (QEW past Sherway Grdns). I'd rather be moving in a forward direction between red lights than sitting in traffic looking at the red lights of the car in front of me.
