Wanted 1980 F100 Custom
 

Just found this searching for a pic of one for a buddy....

When I was 4 years old I picked his 1980 Red F100 Custom with the 300ci inline six that looked EXACTLY like the one in the pics.

If anyone knows of one for sale, any coulor, but in good condition, please let me know. I'd like inline 6, but if it had a 351 in it I wouldn't complain ;)

Thing is I don't have much money around after all the fees and taxes and blah blah blahs that go into a buying a house. If you EVER see or hear of one PLEASE let me know, because I won't be this broke forever :teeth:

Why a 1980? all F-150's from 80-86 look just like that.

Well, it was being built as I was beeing born. When my dad traded it in for his new truck the motor and drivertrain had just a few click over 500,000 and the motor drive train still ran perfectly. I'd consider anything from 79 to 86 though...but an 80 would be ideal.

i do not know this car nore do i know the owner but i found this ad in the paper. i know its not a 1980 but i guess its worth taking a look at it.

as i mentioned befor, i came across it in the paper after i read your post.
a 519 area code can be kitchener\waterloo, london, woodstock and i think the hamilton area.

try calling the number and find out all you need to know. cause i dont know anything about it.
