We had a few probs,
Frist off started at 15psi and went all the way down to 10 doing 1 psi drops at a time. Found at 12.5 in driver and 13 in the pas to be the best.

What we found out after we had the car at the shop was the passanger side strut was blown. The car drove fine on the street with one good and one bad.
That explaned the front end falling flat on its face and unloading the rear wheels.

Other prob was heating the tires,
Day we were there i was pushing the fronts tires when i was trying to warm up the rears. A few other cars having the same prob. Even with line lock i tryed 1st and 2nd gear for burnouts and would push the front tires.
best short of the day was 1.7

On the street the car would spin like a bugger short shift into 2nd and still spin. After strut and shocks and springs went it turns into a difrent car.
Even in winter with normal tires i hook better then last summer so the car should run 13 flat on the motor. Not bad for big old Cougar with mild 351W.

Shot of spray and the car should be well into the 12s.
Thats more then fast anuf for a daily driver.

also lost that motor too,
right after last day at the track i thought i had a headgasket gone.
Found out that one piston lost the top ring and had wore 42thou into the block,

Needless new motor has the same cam and topend but the bottom end is a tad bit better. As for KB pistons well ya they suck ***.
