Aluminum Drive Shaft Question. . .

will an aluminum drive shaft from a late 80's LX 5.0L hatch work on a 94-95 GT?

I would say no, because the bell housing is 1" larger on the 94-95's. This makes the input shaft on the 94-95's 1" longer, so this would make the Drive shaft 1" shorter on the 94-95's.
I dunno if people have done it or not, but in theory it shouldn't work.

okay, does anyone know how much a new alum. shaft for a 94-95 would be?

Sorry I was wrong, looks like they share 79-95 will all work :)
