clutch?
 
i have a 91 that has a center force, when i got it it was releasing just off the floor but now it wont go in first or reverse when running to easily . i was told it was a newer clutch when i bought it and have maybe 2500 k since then, any ideas?

Are you running the stock quadrant still?..,if so,has it been reset for the new clutch?If it has been reset,is the clutch cable still original?....maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to get an aluminum quadrant,and firewall adjuster with a brand new stock Ford OEM clutch cable.Then adjust the cable til it has roughly about 1/4 inch of play at the firewall atjuster.Then you will know if it is the clutch or not for sure.
