Installed Barton Shifter Bracket

i have a 2011 mustang v6.. it was sitting at the dealer service for around a month now because the ABS module blew and they had to get replacement. and while it was sitting there i ordered the barton shifter bracket got it installed for free at my dealer and i gotta tell you it makes a huge difference over the factory one. Shifts are much more firm, yes the noise is a bit louder than stock when changing gears but only on the first and 2nd gears. I also got my transmission fluid change as per the TSB, no more cold hard shifts (or decreased by alot). Anyway just wanted to recommend the shifter bracket, its $69.99 well spent (on sale at american muscle)

I think all aftermarket shifters/parts make more noise but it is well worth it

This is just the bracket that goes under the car, its right above the driveshaft towards the end of the car i believe.. The first and 2nd gear are usually a bit loud when shifting but its much more firmer. I saw the factory one and all you see is a flimsy metal piece with rubber in between that is ziptied, yes ziptied to the bracket.. oh well... for $70 you cant go wrong.
