Parking brake matter, and diagnoses of possible related issue
 

Hey it's nearing the end of winter Thank GOD!!! And my parking brake has gone on me, I never actually abused it during the time I've owned this car, and I came home one time (I was in a hurry) and Ripped it up, and I heard a metallic clink of something falling out. And since then, it sounds like jingle bells are following me under the car! I look under neath and see nothin! Anyways today on a drive to warm it up and check it all out, I took a empty highway road where no one really goes (it's a south bound road nothing really out that way) and at around 100km I felt the car shaking as if you were going over a wavy chip of bumps. and just to keep below and avoid pushing it, I would brake and that felt like I was pushing a sand filled sack rather than the feel of a pedal.
When I came home I checked underneath from behind and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. But On the drive shaft towards the mid section and 3 or 4 hand widths down from that were two polished metal gray bands. I'm wondering if they are being ground against something? Does that have anything to do with the shaky bumpy feel?

Holy crap, thats optimistic to say winter's almost over, I thought it was just getting started, we still got three months to go. lol As far as the noises go, at any time in the last two weeks when you were driving, did you hit a sleigh with eight reindeer and a big fat guy in a red suit ? Sounds like something is rubbing on the driveshaft, maybe it's a hoof or a piece of antler?

Well, I think AP's answer is a bit off. Only because Santa didn't make to his house. So now he thinks that you killed him.

On the other hand, it could have been the e-brake cable wrapped around or rubbing on your drive shaft causing the marks.

X2 on the cable

X3 on the cable. It's possible that a cable support has failed and the cable has taken a diversion to the rear brake. It could definitely make the jingle bells sound by rubbing on the driveshaft. If either of the rear brakes are dragging this could also be explained by a redirected brake cable.
I hope you find something simple like an exhaust clamp loose.
