Rear shock tower brace ?

Hi guys I was just wondering if anyone here had installed either a steeda or Kenny brown rear shock tower brace. I have been looking at them online they are cheap, easy to install and wondering if it would actually make a difference in the corners? I currently have a sub box in my trunk but I have been thinking about getting everything custom built into my trunk so I am just wondering if it's worth buying?

I don't think you would notice any difference with your sn95. Now if you had a hatchback from the 80's, and early 90's then maybe yea. The sn95 is tied up pretty good being a coup, and a stiffer chassis. Save your cash for something more usefull for you, and your stang.

My sn95 is a convertible too so I do have a fair bit of chassis flex.

I thought it would help as the Boss LS comes with one

Then in that case it might help since you have no roof to tie it all together.

I have one installed, but its hard to tell if it made much difference as it was installed with a bunch of other upgrades. If you are just starting, I would get welded in sub frame connectors first. That would likely stiffen the frame more.

Ya I bought subframe connectors just haven't gotten them installed yet I figured sub frame connectors and a rear shock tower brace would help stiffen up my chassis quite a bit. I wanted to do a front strut tower brace but I was told nothing would fit with my cold air intake and intake spacer.

Thats a good start. I was going to suggest a MM K-frame brace, but I see it won't work on a convertible.

A roll bar would stiffen it up nicely, but that may be a bit extreme.

Well I have a CDC light Bar ,but I don't think that is going to stiffen up my chassis to much lol. Has anyone ordered from Kenny brown befor I wonder how there shipping stacks up.
