T5 problems

So I've read a few post and it seems like 5th gear meshing and vibration are quite common. I have a few questions about getting the tranny rebuilt. First any recommendations for a shop in the lowermainland b.c.?

Second should I just do a stock rebuild or should I try and source a more race rebuild kit?

Third The clutch seems fine but I will replace anyway what should I put in the car it's going to be a driver. There seems to be some kind of clutch adjuster at the firewall so I asume that's aftermarket based on the look of it.

If you we going to spend the money it's worth looking into an upgrade I'd say. If you don't plan on adding a bunch more power I know a pretty common upgrade used to be a world class rebuild that was sold by Ford Racing. The firewall adjuster is aftermarket.

I can't speak for a B.C. shop, and I know the dollar is hurting right now, but if you consider going across the boarder, give these guys a call. The shop is in the Northwest US. They built a T5 for me a couple of years ago and I couldn't be happier.
