2000 3.8L engine and trans complete ***SOLD***

**** NOW ONLY $1000 ****

I have a 2000 3.8L v6 engine and 5 spd transmission complete with wiring harness, ecm and throttle cable with only 50,000 kms on it, bought it from another member but never ended up using it for another project my loss is your gain.

I'm looking to get $1500 for both, Shoot me a PM with offers. If you have a 94-98 mustang this is great for you as you can swap this engine into your car and get a extra 40 hp instantly. You need a few other parts like a custom fuel rail but I have that as well and am willing to work out a deal. Other than that this engine will swap right into your 94-98 mustang.

Can take more pictures if wanted.

Hmm, i have the same engine, would love to take this and build it up for a swap. Anyone have a clue how much work is needed to swap from my current auto, to this engine and tranny with the 5 speed?

It wouldnt be hard at all for you to swap your engine out and put this one in depending on your mechanical knowledge.

the hardest part would be installing the pedals.

Thats what i figured, but what else would i need to purchase in order to do this. I have plenty of mechanics and help at my need so that isnt a problem. Just curious as to how much is involved.

You wouldnt need anything other than the pedal set, a shifter ****, and a centre console from a 5spd car as far as I know, You would just have to pull the old engine and transmission, install the new one as well as the pedal set and change the centre console.

you don't need a console and you need to have the shift points turned off on the computer or it will get all confused easiest thing to do is get the computer out of a standard

So your saying the shifter will fit in the stock auto console?
