as far as i know they are the same you will need the boot to go around your shifter

The opening needs to be made a larger in the Transmission tunnel.

It would involve cutting and welding of new metal in the tunnel area, Sorry I forgot about this but its not that big of a deal.

No need to weld. The top of the shifter interferes with the shifter opening at the end of the opening closest to the firewall. Needs to be opened about an inch.
