I'm really interested. I just have a funny feeling that it won't fit my 01 cobra properly.

Fits an 01 cobra, i cant see why not. Isnt your bumper the same as a GT or? THe way it works is there are two brackets near your fenders which are rivetted onto your stock bumper and the brackets have two bolts per side that fastens the bumper to your car. I only had to take those rivets out, rivet it onto the new bumper and bolt it back on using the same clips and stuff otherwise. :S
