8.8 rear ends

I have 2 8.8 rear ends one is from a disc brake t bird without the disc $175
the other is a housing from a stang $100

I need a 2000-04 Mustang GT V8 Rear end differentual housing ....I was told their is a difference between the V8 and the V6
