If you had an aftermarket h-pipe or x-pipe it might or if you got a muffler shop to install it they could get it to work.

I have 2004 V6 stang and I have the exact same system...it fits and sounds amazing!!!!!!!! Had H pipe done with it! :tup you'll luv it! I would highly suggest it!
