Yes, it comes with the hardware. I do have a deal pending on them though.

Any Idea Why this kit wouldn't fit on a 1988? I can't seem to find a CAI kit that will fit my 88 they all seem to be 1989 on

It will work on your car, but you have to mount the air filter right on the end if the first tube. The secound tube wont be used. Not to many places make CAI for a Speed Density engine.
