3.8L supercharger...

hey there, now that I have sold my bike off, i wanted to start looking at the possibility of a supercharger for my 2000 V6 5spd. can anyone shoot me in the right direction, and let me know if there is anything you'd recomend. thx guys!

find a 3.8L t-bird with a supercharger installed and swap top-part of engine. or get a eaton m90 off ebay . or turbo it??

Procharger makes a SC kit for the V6 which would probably be the easiest.
There are some guys that make an adapter plate, remove the upper intake and get an 03/04 cobra m112 supercharger(big cool factor). Google M112/V6
Don't bother with the T-bird sc as you will have to go to single port heads. The split port heads on your car are about 50hp more than a non supercharged single port, so with the SC swap, you would not gain much.

I should really start updating my threads lol I decided that i am going to go with a TMA Simgle turbo kit. it's a little more money than a blower, but i love my turbo talon... so why not?

i wanted to put a t-bird super charger on my car but what is with the second pipe off to the right, does it need two air intakes?

Do not do this on the split port heads engine, it is a downgrade. This is an OK mod for the pre 99 V6.

then what to do to get more power? turbo, nos?

the best way to get decent numbers depends on how much you want to spend.
$700 will get you into a basic nitrous system
$3000 will get you blown  (srry i thought it was funny)
$4000 will get you turbocharged
