ProCharger in a V6

I ran the 1/4 mile this weekend. My car is an 02 automatic with 4:10 gears and an 11psi ProCharger. I hit the REV limiter b4 the end of the 1/4 mile.(ran out of gear) I ran a 13.9,(101.3 mph) and my tuner advised that I should be running a 3.73 with the power that my car puts out, he stated that I could of easily run a 13.5-13.6

Do not run 4.10s with a supercharger.

I even out-ran an 03 Mach 1 ( by .01 seconds)
My buddy has a 65 with 10 grand in the motor, putting out the same rwhp as my v6, I even beat him by 3/10 of a second.

Tell you, I am really pumped up after this weekend.

Just get a 28" tall slick and you should be fine.

Good idea, but i am afraid that my 7.5 rear would snap. Do one thing, fix the other that broke because of that other thing you did. A slippery slope. :

Insteadof changing gears you should just buy a complete 8.8 rear end with gears. You can usually find them pretty cheap. Then you can run **X8X26" slicks. If you launch hard you should be able to break into the 12's

What did the car dyno at?

I agree the 8.8 would be best. They are hard to find in the wider 99 up models. The Dydo showed 260 rwhp. I have all the parts now for a 5-speed conversion, so I should pick up another 10-20 rwhp.
