I like the black roof with most colors, better than the stripes but that's personal opinion. My car has the nine speekers and it's loud enough for me. But the 12 speakers includes a sub box so there's that. The 201 also gets you lane departure warning and other nanny's doesn't it, also differently stiched seats, and Dual climate control? I personally don't think the 201 is worth it. The regular premium package is pretty nice.
