Looking to buy 2001 Mustang Bullitt
 

Hello everyone, new here to this forum and hoping to become a Mustang owner in a few weeks. I'm looking to purchase this Mustang on Kijiji. Hopefully it isn't sold by the time I get a chance to go see it.

I'm 4-5 hours away and don't want to waste my time driving all the way down there if it isn't worth it.

Is the price on par for a Bullitt? I've seen regular GT's with about the same mileage go for 10K+ so i'm a little leary.

This is my first time looking to purchase a car from someone on Kijiji. Any advice on what I should do before going down there to see it?

I'm planning to ask for the VIN so I can get a carproof report before I head over to see it.

If it says "might" need tires for safety, it likely does, so add another $1500 or so to that price. lol
