Mustang 2015 GT Automatic Speedometer Cluster km/h

I have a Mustang 2015 GT Automatic with a speedometer in mph from USA. Have heard that Canadian speedometers fits in mine so i get km/h.
If anyone have a spare or knows where to find one. Tell me :)

Can't find any ca-km/h on ebay.

Ford in Sweden says they can't change the unit from mph to kmh.
So im trying to find a km/h cluster from Canada.
Google is not kind to me, anyone know a scrapyard in CA i can check with?
