Struts/shocks and tires
 

I am looking for some inexpensive but high performance shocks and struts. In the spring I will be putting a set of Steeda Sport Springs under my 98 GT and want to compliment that with a set of Bullitt's, Tokico HP's or something similar.

I have winter tires and competition tires (6 Hoosier road race tires). Thus my tire budget has taken a hit. Need a set of 245/45/17 street tires, no competition on these so emphasis is on safe and cheap.

Anyone have such things in the back of the garage, let me know :tup

Check out Dartmouth surplus on ackerly in burnside. Really good buys on tires there. I got 255 45 17 good year essenza's there for $130 a piece.
